I am drowning in the love you show me, thirsting for the love you deny me.
Like a lake frozen over I struggle to find the surface. You are inches from my reach but impossible to obtain. Like trying to grasp at air, you escape through my fingers.
I only wish you could understand.
Then just when I am about to give up, you lend your hand again. Those soft touches find me back in your arms. The process repeats itself

The charater Kirika in your icon, she looks just like the character in mine, only with black hair and purple eyes.
I had heard that the Rei Ayanami character was used several times with some aspects changed, but I don't know if that is what happened with Kirika.
